The show is like spam, but with robots and objects coming outta peoples heads with the lil message of "I don't wanna grow up" and a pirate king thrown in. Great animation though.

I guess if i did have a brain the size of a walnut i would've enjoyed sexual innuendo, baseball and randomness thrown in.

er i must agree with miniemoose on this one. i didnt really like flcl that much. i didnt hate it but to me the show was sorta well stupid. it was to random and had not much of a good story and well i just didnt like it.

I KNOW I'm not the only one on the forums who really likes this series (I've seen it 3 or 4 times, and listened to some of Tsurumaki-san's commentary, so that helps with the comprehension)... most of the time, when I'm watching it, I just can't help but smile.

There's something about the way everything looks so <i>normal</i> at first... gives us stuff we can relate to... but then throws so much <b>ab</b>normal stuff at the characters that it doesn't get boring.

Oslt. (Or Something Like That.)

And on top of that, the dub track is quite good.

Can someone back me up here?

yea, i've said it a few times ... the dub is good ... but the subtitled track is superior. Haruko's character was built around her japanese voice actress, or so i've heard, which is why she's more then perfect for the job.

Minnie moose ... whatever ... watch it if you wan't ... don't watch it if you wan't ... i don't care. I could go and blab on about how it's such a great show ... but that would just be annoying. So i won't.
