Like most anime I watch, Inuyasha is one of those I'll come up with my own solution which shortens the series to half it's length, destroys all the romance, and leaves your typical "struggling anti-hero" character to do whatever the hell he wants.
However, the show itself is pretty decent. There's enough of the sappy crap involved to keep someone hooked, while the combat is mostly just filler. But then again, isn't that the same pattern for all anime?

I love watching Inuyasha
Even with the Kagome/Kikkyo/Inuyasha triangle I still love to watch Sango and Miroku interact. His letcherous groping and her retaliatory strikes are hilarious.
And the story I think is pretty good too. I like the character developments and Fluffy-Sama now has my curiosity going since he restrained from killing Inuyasha and now is travelling with a human female child. I am curious to see if this has any affect on his attitudes and disposition.
I am also aware of the underlying back story and that has my curiosity aroused (Think back to the cave by Sango's village).

I feel the same way. I'm very curious to that ancient beginning of the shikon no tama. And the story I think is pretty good too. and to answer to the very first question
i would like to know what u lot think of it! is it good?
Yes, in my opinion, Inu Yasha is the best R.T. work yet. I mean, look how big it got. It's been on every media medium known to man; books, videos, movies, music, stage performances, T.V., and I've heard it on the radio! Everyone, everywhere loves Inu Yasha. I think it's bigger than Maison Ikkoku and Ranma 1/2 put together. I'm very influenced by "Takahashi-sama-no" work. It's very touching, believing, and expresses many ancient nihongo Myths, legends, traditions, and everything about Japanese culture.
For the girl who started this thread, I really hope you enjoy every minute of Inu Yasha as I do.
as for my favorite character....
Sesshoumaru-sama! FLUFFYBABY!!!!!!!! HE ROCKS! HE'S HOTT and for some odd reason he reminds me of 2 people....Nakago(Fushigi yuugi) and Treize(Gundam Wing) *drools over all the bishounen*

Inu-Yasha iS HARDCORE! I'm up to ep 123 cuz I dl(probably gonna be bashed by someone for bragging this fact), no one has yet to tie or surpass me. ANyone out there!?
My fav character is Sesshoumarou. Shows you can kick ass and not be a jerk about it. Plus, under the poker face, he actually has a heart and cares for Rin.
btw, Anlushac11, kikyo is spelled with one 'k'.

I think the last ep I watched was 124, actually... I'd say what happens in it, but that would be MAJOR spoilers. All I can say is... wow...omniinuyasha85 wrote:Inu-Yasha iS HARDCORE!
