dude ... $45 for a singel disk is not right ... love hina vol 3 cost me $45, after tax it was $52. Thats not right.

The comic shop i go too he stopped ordering Pioneer becasue his Costs were higher then what he was selling ADV anime for. i never took any buisness or marketing classes but i know thats just wrong.

I don't know how much the US/Candian dollar exchange rate is affecting the price but man, thats crazy.

All the stores that sell Pioneer stuff here have the disks going for about $21-$24.

i think were at 73 cents to your dollar, or we were yesterday. The best deal i've ever seen on pioneer anime was a sale HMV was having a while ago, 20% off all pinoeer anime. Which came out to like $35 for a single disk before tax. which comes out to $40.25.

THe pinoeer discs are teh same price, 45$ a disk for CB. Plus if you go to HMV you'll find gundam dvd's for around $50 each, Hellsing for about $47 a disk, Lupin and Armitage are also really expensive, but i can't remember teh price on them right now.

Well, where *I* buy my dvds from, most of the cowboy bebop discs can be had for a mere $15 bucks. I think the store you shop at is just ripping you off dude.

i can't buy online for a few reasons. and yes ... hmv = the DVD nazi's
I buy retail though so yea ... dvd price search owns ...
