Gatekeepers 21 confuses me she (not Ayane... um Kasumi? seems like -_-) sounds like a 5-yr old on speed! Kinda like Ryo from Princess 9.

dont forget rahxephon, boogiepop phantom (sorta), escaflowne, gundam seed, full metal panic (even though they aren't really saving the world, or in school), gundam wing (although they aren't ever in high school), witch hunter robin (ehh thats on the border), and FLCL

Easy as peas to cosplay doncha think? Just get a japanese schoolgirl outfit and you can be anyone you want! Im not a cosplayer though so I dont really know how that all goes . . .

Magic Knight Rayearth
X/1999 (some schoolgirls, but not exclusively)
Real Bout High School
Full Metal Panic (sort of)

Sailor Moon
Alien Nine
Escaflowne

I would say Oh My Goddess too but they're not really saving the world and they're not really schoolgirls, although Belldandy does accompany Keiichi to college classes. . . .
