The sad thing is that even after the sixth ep you still might not have a clue as to what really happened. FLCL is like eva in the fact that you have to connect A and B together yourself.

But the thing is, Gainax never gave the viewers the tape to connect A and B together...so you become stuck without begining or end

The easiest way to understand FLCL is to mentally imagine that none of the hyper-speed frantic weird stuff is even there, and just concentrate on the slow, thoughtful stuff. It's actually not too bad.

Yeah. I had to watch FLCL a few times.

At first I didn't like it very much. It was weird and I didn't like the way it was drawn (just something about that style). But I had to see it again it was just that confusing.

And it grew on me. Now it's safe to say that I really like it. I caught the ending on CN last night and I will most likely be watching it again tonight.

This is my second time around seeing it. I think I am starting to understand things a little better the second time around. Since this is dubbed I can focus a little more on the images until I get the dvds. It's like I'm sucked into FLCL all over again. Some things that they say I wonder if it has more than one meaning. I can't wait until tonight.

Honestly i think the dub sucked a little bit, which made it hard for me to watch but aside from that I found it fairly entertaining in the sense that i never knew WHAT THE FUCK WAS GOING ON..............pure insanity.........
............Excel Saga doesn't have jack shit on FLCL.
