Yeah, Kiddy Grade is pretty good, and Onegai Twins promises to kick some serious ass. Also check out Naruto, it's pretty good. I've also heard good things about Junni Kokki (or however it's spelled, I haven't seen it myself)

Onegai Twins - it looks like a dud! T_T
Kiddy Grade - rumour has it that there might be a 2nd season ^____^
Naruto - the long awaited arrival, but disappointing DBZ-type of 15 minute re-caps and 8 minutes new . . get's old `very quickly!

Not to get off topic but its Saishu Heiki Kanojo (She, the ultimate weapon).
- what's in a name? -
The name 最終兵器彼女, is translated officially as "She, the Ultimate Weapon". The translation of "saishu heiki" as "ultimate weapon" is perfect. However I do have a little bone to pick with the translation of "kanojo". This word have two meanings depending on the context: "she" or "girlfriend". I believe that if it's translated as "girlfriend", it would be much more suitable to the content of the manga/anime. Hence the title would be "Ultimate Weapon Girlfriend" or "My Girlfriend, the Ultimate Weapon".

Where can you find Saikano manga?
Try its publisher: Shogakukan

It's not nearly as bad as DBZ though, where it takes 50 episodes for one battle. It is a little drawn out but other than that it's quite good.

I base my translation off the dvd. I was allowed to borrow the japanese dvd as well as seen it at Akon. The japanese DVDs come with English subtitles and at the title screen it says "She, the ultimate weapon." Although you are correct in the fact that kanojo can be she or girlfriend. Also I do agree that girlfriend would be more appropriate to the anime, but I think saying "She" gives it an edge over girlfriend. I guess the true translation of the word would really depend on if it were a noun or pronoun version of Kanojo. If it were pronoun it would be "She" but if it were noun it would be "Girlfriend".
