I think this DC will be the deleted scenes in episodes 21 - 24 (as stated), but is in no way related to the Revival. The Revival is a seperate Japanese project which has not at all been announced (or licensed) in the states. In essence, this is a seperate DC that may or may not be the final versions. If you ask me, I think ADV will release the new discs 7 and 8...wait...announce they have the Revival a few months later and then release those with the DC *and* remastered footage (better footage).

Boxsets been out around 1 - 2 years. It was during my senior year in college which was last year. Unsure if it was the fall or spring.

I wonder if they realize that by doing this people are going to be more reluctant to buy DVD's.
So in other words, one part of the community is waging war on another part of the community because they take their community seriously enough to want to do so. Then they tell the powerless side to get over the loss cause it's just an online community. I'm glad people make so much sense." -- Tab

I think the bigger question would be do they care? For all we know they could just be pushing our buttons and trying to see just how much we'll give in to them.

i had an idea about writing about monopolizing the industry ... but then it hit me like a truck that i really know nothing about how Anime is distriobuted in the states ... so hopefully this will cue somone who is more knoledgable in the topic to pick up my argument where i left off ... which is pretty much at the drawing board ...
