Some help Looking for this anime or something similar

While going through some other forum i found this image

I have already been told that it does not belong to any series nor movie, its just someones original drawing.
I would like to know if any of you know of any anime series or movie that are similar or that have a similar animation or character as the one in the image i just posted.

well nvm i found it, it was not precicely the kinda anime i was looking for but ill post it here for others, who knows...
