Direct downloads of anime are hard to get. Even if they were allowed to tell you I highly doubt anyone knows of any direct downloads of it.

It's only illegal if you dont have the writen permision of square-enix. if you have the permision to have a copy of the movie which alot of people worked very hard on without paying, I'l give you a direct dl link. Just scan the permision and show it to me.
