Scrapped princess question

Does the marking on her back having any particular meaning, such as a rune or character from a language? I thought maybe Futhark runes but that proved false. Could very well be a mishapen 3. Or me making far more out of something than there really is.

Don't know about an actual meaning but for the story I think it has something to do with the Church of Mouser(sp). Allmost everyone you see has that symbol on them somewhere.
