Oh! GTO"Great Teacher Onizuka" is a very good mention. That guy kicks ass and it's my favorite anime.

Gungrave, definitely Gungrave. There are a few scenes in Cowboy Bebop. I'm not sure about Texhnolyze. Gangster anime; there are several titles that feature some kind of mafia or crime syndicate. Gangsta anime (if you use the word as a noun, who's meaning may vary from person to person); I'm not 100% sure that such a thing exists. Gangsta anime (if you use the word as an adjective, who's meaning varies from person to person); it depends on your inertpertation of the word "gangsta" and your perception of the anime in question.
