I never played the game, but I knew of it via a friend who did. Me, I loved the animated cut scenes from the PSX remake, and it looks like the ova is holding par to the quality.

I've actually never heard of the game before, but this definitely seems to be worth checking out.

All you need to know about the game is that it's one of the better SNES RPG's in general, and that (I believe) it had the largest SNES cartridge produced for it - so it had (comparatively speaking) great graphics, actual voice actors doing the voices, and, of all things, an actual theme song. (With vocals. Yes, on a SNES.)

My brother is a huge fan of it, and has been using the main character's name (Cless) as his handle for a few years now

The game is excellent. It was the second-biggest SNES game (Star Ocean was bigger), and the opening theme is good enough for me to have bought the single from Japan.

It's been years since I played it... I need to pull it out again.

That was sweet. It's about time they released the OAV.

It was just the other day I was complaining about it in the IRC saying it's gone a bit quiet lol.

I think this is gonna be big.

There's some info up already, I've noticed a few changes in the voice actors since the SNES game (which is to be expected I suppose) but all in all, I think this may turn out well.

I hope Motoi Sakuraba does the music again
