Battle Royale (don't forget to read the book NOW!)
I can't remember the full title, but it's a Kurosawa fill. (something) Yojimbo, sorry if my mind is blank right now.
Shall We Dance?

Besides B. R., the only other work I've seen from Kitano "Beat" Takeshi is MXC, the guy everyone calls Vic Ramano. I've found another one of his films at Blockbuster, I just haven't watched it yet.

one movie says it all Seven Samuria. made by Akira Kurosawa and is the best jap director, I have seen almost all of his films. You can learn alot from him. Seven Samuria has also been turned into an anime called Samuria Seven, in which i havnt seen yet but onlyone that knows Akira Kurosawa should see this cuz its made in memory for him. Speaking about Godzilla, they released the 32 dvd set of all the Godzilla movies but i yet to hear from anyone who would pay $850 to get it
If the army or navy ever looks upon heavens scenes, they would see that the streets are guarded by the United States Marines.

Zero Woman. Only the first one. The sequels suck.
Bullet Train. This movie was the basis for Speed. It stars Sonny Chiba of most recently Kill Bill fame.
Those are my additions to what wasn't mentioned. I've got a lot more I'm interested in but haven't seen yet. Is the Momoru Oshii series with Red Spectacle and Stray Dog any good? I want to rent those next. They look like prequels to Jin Roh.
