hmmmm... i would say one of them would be starfire from teen titans, or raven from the same show.its not anime, but its pretty damn close. theres many other anime chicks too.

I really like T-chan (PetShop of Horrors) Momiji, Yuki, Kyo, Haru, Hiro (Fruits Basket) Li Sayoran, Eriol, and Yukito (Cardcaptor Sakura) Demon Lord (ha yeah right!) Raenef even if he looks kinda girly and Eclipse(Demon Diary) Chaos (Xenosaga) Sora and Riku ((Sora anf Riku foevah!!)) (Kingdom Hearts) And there's soooo many more, but i've forgotten them...
