Why no Guilty Gear X anime?

Hiya all,

I just finished using footage from Guilty Gear X for an amv and it looked so cool so why havent they used it for an anime yet? (or have they?

)

Or maybe they could do a film along the same line as Fatal Fury.

I just think it would make a really cool anime and I for one would love to watch it!

What is the likely hood that someone would make an anime series/film of it?

Probably rather low. Anime series based on fighting games have usually been rather poor adaptations and bought only by fans of the games (Tekken, Battle Arena Toshinden, Samurai Showdown, etc.).

If it's insanely popular, though, producers might look at creating something based on it, but history's working against it.

A Guilty Gear X-2 anime would be awesome! I always thought it would make a good anime.

I think its a waste if they don't do one but they better hurry up before it gets too outdated!
