I need help, i dont know what anime this is

Ok all you anime experts, i need help.... there is this anime i have been hunting down for quite some time now. I have finally found 3 scenes of it in a video clip, but i cant seem to find it in the anime credits. Here are the shots:

Hrmm, i know its probably a very crap anime, but then again, this was one of the first anime, along side evangelion that i ever saw, and it would be nice to see it again.
Please can someone help.

That´s "Battle Angel Alita", a SF-OVA abaut a "sub-city" under a floating town, where people live from the stuff that has been thrown from above.

Very Cyberpunkish, very Gory, VERY COOL battle scenes.

And sadly, only two episodes to my knowledge. Based off the manga of the same name (well, Gunnm in Japanese, but known as Battle Angel Alita in the US), which goes on for much longer and has been redone about half a dozen times.
