try looking in the general amv department. 8)

but to answer your question

1.) Buy anime
2.) buy video editing software
3.) buy *insert name of video editing software* for dummies/idiots
4.) buy capture device (unless it comes with software)
5.) buy music
6.) get a second job after you've bought all this stuff

2) download best video editing software known to mankind (you didn't hear this from me

)
3) spend restless nights rendering videos
4) start working on it at school
