naruto episodes

how many episodes does the naruto series have.
iv heard 81 episodes but after watching the 81 im pretty sure is not the last one so how many.

There's 83 episodes out on.......yup.

I don't think the series will be ending any time soon. It's going into a fourth season with a new "bad guy" I guess you could say. (No spoilers

) Honestly, I'm hoping it will continue for a long time. [/b]

The naruto series currently has no end in sight. If they convert the current manga volumes into anime eps then it could go on for another hundred eps or more. But then again the manga will probably go on for another dozen volumes or so.
