When will the Sk8ter Scene Appear in Anime?

I'm sure there's anime fans everywhere, skaters included. It's just a matter of finding them.

And I assure you, anime fans among skaters (who are usually young folk, mostly teenagers) are far more frequent than among fans of fucked-up music played by old guys (who, with notable exceptions like myself, are usually dudes at least 40 years old).

And yet, here I am

So if you look around, there's sure to be a few anime fans in the skater scene, and the other way around. Just look...

Thank you for that coment I wish I could skate, and I know some skaters that do like anime. I live in a small town with two skate parks.

Well not sure about "sk8ters" but Alien 9 involves a lot of skating.
