Actual meaning of dubbed

Actually, fans have done this thing before to a very limited degree. They're called "fandubs". Unlike "fansubs" the dubs are completely messed up like a Monty Python skit. I've never actually seen any, but someone I once knew saw one of SuperDimensional Fortress Macross and they had Minmay talking about her period and tampons and crazy stuff.

I believe one of the extras to one of the Ah! My Goddess DVDs has the dialogue cut out so you and your friends can do your own while you watch.
You could always get some video editing programs used by AMV guys and record your own dialogue in.

Check out Evolution Control Committe's Typical Nirvana Fan and other "creations", there's voiced over karaoke copies of pop music floating around, if you will.
