I've got the first DVD and the second is already on its way.
I think the series is based on actual novels a la Crest of the Stars. It's very slow and thought-provoking, although there seems to be no bigger storyline tying the individual episodes together. Basically it's just about Kino and the talking motorcycle who travel the world and learn about life. I don't know what will happen after the first four episodes, but at this point I like it a lot.

Janzki summed it up pretty well. I definately think that there *will* be a bigger storyline eventually, but the first volume was very well-done and I think it's pretty cool series.Janzki wrote:I've got the first DVD and the second is already on its way.
