It's pretty good. Kinda dumb, good animation, more fan service than most shows. The 12 minute episode format helps it.

I've said this a half-dozen times before, and I'll say it again:

If you like seeing well-endowed robot girls in ecchi-esque situations, and don't mind the fact that the show doesn't take itself too seriously, you'll enjoy it.

You'll almost never hear me say this, but watch it dubbed. It's freaking hilarious that way. A friend and I randomly rented a DVD in the middle of the series and decided we liked it dubbed so much better...
