Correction: it is a LESS RIDICULOUS fight.Jim Hawkings21122 wrote:and it is a good MORE REALISTIC fight tooJebadia wrote:yes it has the fight
Nvrtheless the OVA was awesome! so buy one from ADV
The fight is not technically more realistic OR less ridiculous. It's just cut down and butchered.ek1 wrote:Correction: it is a LESS RIDICULOUS fight.Jim Hawkings21122 wrote:and it is a good MORE REALISTIC fight tooJebadia wrote:yes it has the fight

No you're not the only one. I'm with you and so is the original creator.VegettoEX wrote:... Am I the only one who thought the new OVA was garbage? The fight vs. Enishi was nearly non-existant, and HARDLY what it was being built up to be.
I thought it was crap. And not just because the fights were lame. The rest of the story was, too.
Wow you really want me to name why? This could take awhile, but I'll try to be brief.THe Hitokiri Battousai wrote:whyd you think the story was crap??
i thought it was awesome thats why I liked reflections.
I guess you have to take what you get. That's rpoably the only time you'll get to see Enishi and Kenshin fight on t.v.
Yeah your'e right, the movie *isn't* part of the timeline. But at least it didnt' ruin what the character is about and the theme of the show. The Hitokiri Battousai wrote:I didnt look at it techincally then it ruins the entire movie. LI watched it to in enjoy it and being a diehard kenshin fan I bought it and liked it.
Then perhaps you should watch the show again. The entire fundamental theme of the show is life and the protection of it. Why would a character who is based upon if not BORN from this theme go to a war that is about conquest and killing innocent chinese? That makes no sense and shows that this has nothing from the creator and thus the departure from the theme. The Hitokiri Battousai wrote:I dont want to ruin it by saying kenshin wouldnt go to war or whatever you said.
Then why don't you just read the manga. All of the Enishi stuff is in there and not only 5 minutes long. In fact, it was 10 manga volumes which is around the same length of the Kyoto arc (although not as good IMO).The Hitokiri Battousai wrote:I looked at it its my favorite anime and talking about what happens after the story and during the story. I wanted to see what happened that wasnt in the anime such as Kenshin vs Enishi.
Plus you get to see Kenji who by far is one of the coolest characters i think.
OK based on my previous post, I didn't see this post and thus updated in hopes of seeing itSSJVegita0609 wrote:Regardless,
Reflection > Kenshin TV season 3
I thought it was meh, but mostly agree with D Dubya. Although I think I tolerated it a bit more than he did.
Wholeheartedly agreed ^-^dwchang wrote:Go read the "Blade of the Immortal" Manga if you need your Kenshin-esque fix. It's great.
