most moving ending

Because the manga still doesn't have an ending. They also cut out some essential characters from the show.

So instead they decided to cut the show right there (Going for the shock value...), instead of dragging it out with stupid, stupid fillers.

The manga does continue at that point.

hey they aren't going to produce a second season are they? no probably not ... berserk is from 97 ... they'd have probably done it by now ... shit ...oh well manga for me. Is this one of those massive 50 volume mangas or is it a reasonable size?

Actually, I heard there's plans for the second season, but nothing much has been done yet.

So far, berserk is at 25 volumes. Some groups are "scanslating" them, so you should be able to read them.

The manga is awesome. Perhaps mure so than the anime. And the artist's improvement during volumes 1 - 8 or so is amazing.

cool ... but wait ... scanslating ... i guess no one's licenced the manga ... well that sucks ... oh well ... i get to read with out paying ...

but god knows i'll pay for it eventualy ... boy dose he ever ...

Dark Horse licensed the first 3 volumes. If they sell well, they'll license and release more. I think the first volume shipped this week but I haven't been to my comic book store to check yet.
