Depends where you live :roll:

It's out on DVD even here in England, so it shouldn't be all that hard to find.

Manga Entertainment released the OAV a while ago. I don't own it yet, but I did see it and I really enjoyed it. I'm not sure anyone has the rights to the T.V. series yet.
Probably too busy to be here right now.

Yeah, apparently Yomiko, the star of the OAV, is not in the tv series. The series stars three sisters who have the same paper-manipulating power and run a detective agency. (not so sure about the detective part)

But. . .none of them have glasses!!
