Crying Freeman - Assasian guy that has to kill a chica who saw him pull off a hit, but falls in love with her. After a hit though he cries because he doesn't wanna be a murderer. Very intense and badass series. The guy who drew the Lone Wolf and Cub manga draws the art for dah show.

ive seen pieces of that in amvs it looks really good too. only 3 dvds though.
