in the manga chichiri says no da all the time at first i found it annoying bc i didnt know what it meant but when i watched the first season dubbed it made much more sense. he is saying you know, i think its really funny and cute, you know hehe. noooooooo daaaaaaa you know lol.

one thing that doesn annoy me is TAAAMMAAHOMMMEEE(in a high pitched whiney voice)- miaka from fushigi yugi

this is more like an act instead of a phrase but in fushigi yugi miaka crys in 99% of the episodes in the first season. you just want to go right into the tv and slap her lol well i do sometimes lol you know
