Inuyasha spoilers(approx ep 80)! Got a question

Wow, I really should get an Inuyasha pic for my profile but Knives' psychotic smile is just too cool to not use. Anyway, on the question:

The swords that Sess and Inu have, they can be utilized normally but have powers right? You would think that by ep 80, I would have some clue but most of the time, the swords are used with their powers. IF they can then you don't have to read further. If not, then how can the flashback Sesshoumaru fight and slay so many cat warriors with that healing sword? I assume it can be used normally, right???

Lol....i havent gotten to eps 80 yet but newaiz...to ur question....im pretty shur that they can't use it wen its not "powerfied" cause y'kno inuyasha's sword, he could never use it to hurt anyone once its aiming at a human. and i think they jus screwed up that part of this episode kuz sesshomaru's sword can only b used to heal...(i think) but yea.....sorreh if im not any help

No, I know damn well, what I'm talking abt, Toukijin(spelling?) CAN kill, I know that. The scene I'm referring to is a flashback. The cat warriors, errz, bit hard to explain without spoilers...they are pretty good fighters. Guess Sess is just badass and can take out a whole legion with just his hands and powers...

I dont think it can do anything besides heal....since it does have a mind of its own and will resist what it probably see as an "improper use."

An explanation would be cool but for now, its not really necessary....it's probably not that important if they don't go into detail, guess I was just nitpicking...bad habit, I kno.
