I haven't been posting.. sorry 
Well I found out from Kaworu that the anime was in fact shown in germany 4 and a half years ago and was indeed available on dvd... but only for 3 months *I think* and it was a limited addition so you can't get in anymore unless you find it used... *sigh* too bad... I guess I have to save 150$ and pay to get it shipped to me from amazon.com oh well
