That girl is in the opening intro to City Hunter's Movie: .357 Magnum I think...

She's got no name. She's a random girl. I've seen all the City Hunter released movies, save the TV series. [btw, the Jackie Chan Movie of same anime character is quite funny... One of the only "decent" anime turned live action...]

One funny sidenote about Fujiko is that she's Tomo's idol in Azumanga Daioh.
