Should I buy?

I found and R2 DVD of X the movie on E Bay for only 6 bucks and the person says its in mint condition. I wanna buy this for source footage (The Manga DVD sucks) but the price tells me something is fishy. Should I buy?

the region 2 is fine, just check the rating of the guy selling it (or gal as it might be)
