Alright, so recently "Cowboy Bebop: The Movie" was released in America, Is this the same as "Cowboy Bebop: Knockin' on Heavens Door"? if so, why the name change, if not, where can I get Knockin' on Heavens Door? It's not anywhere on Amazon.com

"Knockin' On Heaven's Door" is the Cowboy Bebop movie. It takes place between episodes 23-24 of the TV series, I think. Currently, it has a theatrical run going on here in North America, and will very likely have a DVD release here too (if the distributors are smart).

Probably because it's the name of a rock song...like copyright infringement (shrug). I'd laugh if it's because it has the word "heaven" in it

I would think that it would be covered in all courntries. Then again, "the Spy who shagged me" was apparently too risque a title for the UK, so they just called it Austin Power Deluxe. And "As Good as it gets" was something completely crazy like "The man with the permanent wedgie" or something like that, In Turkey, Still, you'd think they'd have come up with a better title than just "The Movie"

my guess is it was definitely rights, they didn't feel like getting the rights to use a name like that since a few renditions of the same song already go under that name. Lazy bastards
