Tenchi Wo Kurau

I was reading a review for this old arcade game called "Dynasty Wars", and it said it was based off this manga called "Tenchi Wo Kurau", which translates to "Destruction of Heaven and Earth". Has anyone ever read or heard of this manga? Is there a decent fansite for it? I'm really curious about it. If you have any information, please let me know.
