Wow, this thread is a weee bit old, oh well.
I just wanted to post on how enjoyable the GTO anime series is. We have been watching it at our anime club and what I really like about it is that it packs a huge amount of inane comedy into it while creating surprisingly well developed characters (the pagent episodes are a great example). I just checked for any threads on GTO before I started a new one (I know how anoying that is)
I have to agree with all of your review their Omni, except for the dubs. But thats because we always play everything subbed, eh.
Well worth the money to own it
