I need help finding the name of a hentai

Two of my friends were sleep-drunk last weekend and searching the web for random crap and they found a peculiar yet hysterical hentai. They told us about it the other day, but couldn't remember the name of it.

Heres the loose description from what I could gather:
There are computer robot girls that possibly battle or something and they gain "memory" by how much they "take in."
At the climax of one of the sex scenes, the girl screams "500 TERABYTES!"

Thats all I could remember from their description. I asked them to find out the name, but they looked for it again and couldn't find it.
So, do any of you know its name? It sounds like something I'd want to see.
