can someone host anime on their site

anyway i need to know if someone can host movies or series on their site. or if they know anyone that can or is

just one movie will do

First off, if they hosted any anime on their sites, they could have a major lawsuit thrown at them or at least lose their hosting. Im assuming your a noob to this whole thing, or your just wanting to be flamed. If your asking the question because you dont want to buy any anime than here is my advice:

1. Buy your own damn anime
2. Get lucky a download one using Kazaa
3. Get friends who own anime
4. Rent the anime

But this is all assuming that your looking for free anime. If thats not the case then forget the above. But if it is the case. .. BURN IN HELL YOU EVIL LECHER OF DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ^-^
