My friend asked me this question and I didn't/haven't answered

and it's bugging the hell out of me! So I thought this would be a good question to other anime fans.

ANY CELEB FROM ANY COUNTRY IS FINE...POSTING A PICTURE OF THE ANIME CHARACTER BY THE CELEB YOU THINK COULD PLAY HIM/HER WOULD BE GREAT!
