Sony Vegas 9 - Can't find some effects

Hi,

I recently switched from WMM to Sony Vegas 9 Platinum, I watched all the effects it had (There sure is a lot), but I can't find some essential ones like speeding up / slowing down a clip. Don't tell me such basic things are missing there ?

Furthermore, I was looking for an effect that makes the clip "shake" which I saw multiple times in some AMVs.

pan/crop is what people use to create the "shake" effect...

and speeding up/slowing down a clip you can do several ways:

1. use the Velocity Band - Right Click on the clip and choose Insert Envelop then choose Velocity.

2. hold down CTRL while changing the size of your clip.

3. change the playback speed - Right Click on the clip and choose Properties then change the play back speed.

#2 is the easiest.
