Outlines for masks in Vegas.....

I know that there is a topic below this one that asks the same question. But i dont really get by what they mean. Can someone explain it a little bit more. I felt that i wont get a response by continuing off that topic. Thank you.

Alright, so copy the scene of whatever you just masked (not the mask itself, but the scene, so right click>copy).

Paste that scene on a layer BELOW the original. Go to where ever the glow effect is, apply it to the BOTTOM layer, and bam! :3

Change color, adjust amounts, etc.
