Sony Vegas 7 and .avi files

ever since i started using vegas, i havent been able to edit avi files.

ive been forced to convert them to h264 which totally kills the quality for me.

i dunno if its just me but ive been having problems with quality and i think this might be the source of it all.

any suggestions?

Look around and possibly use the search function - you'll probably see something on the order of several hundred results that all say the same thing.

ah crap forgot that there was a search thing on the forums.... ehehe...

yea i figured out the problem now =P
