How do i cut a video into frames in vegas 6

How do i cut a video into frames in vegas 6

trying to rotoscope a clip and so far ive figured i have to cut the 25 frames per second into pic files etc then do teh afects then add them bck into vegas to add whateber else.
any help wud be great

Cut out your whole picture that you want and then save the anchors. then on each keyframe or whatever just load up your anchors and change them as needed for the frame.. cuts down the time.
