..well, you can't just add animations that aren't there... unless you like, mask out certain parts of a still frame and move them to look like they are doing something different..

there is more then one place to put video.. you can put video under the other. and lower the opacity of the one on top.

or, you can mask out something from a clip on top. if the clip you masked something from is on top then whatever you mask out will be in whatever clip is below it.. doing it well is a different story.
