did you try uninstalling it ? hmm I guess that wouldn't make sense cause it never finished installing. you could try using the installer again I dunno. Or possibly you could get vegas 6. Its cheaper than vegas 7 or 8 and nothing has really changed from those 3 versions. they are pretty much the same.
