uh huffy should be lossless... as should lagarith...
and as for your resolution getting smaller, perhaps it was in your export settings?

That was prolly it. I was looking for the export settings when using ffdshow, but I just glanced through the settings and didn't see it, so I assumed the codec would export to the video's native resolution by default =/JaddziaDax wrote:uh huffy should be lossless... as should lagarith...

Anyway, I just have one vid that has subtitles on it. I wish I didn't need to use it, but as it is, I can't be picky and it fits the lyrics =/
I saw a tutorial for removing the subtitles, but I'm not sure how this method works in Vegas:
1) First crop the video to just above the subtitles so they're cut away.
2) Then crop equally all around the video.
3) And then expand this portion to fit the rest of the video.
I know it'll prolly look blurry, but I'm hoping it won't be too noticeable. I'll just try it out first anyway. So what's the tools I should use to do so in Vegas?

uh pan/crop, there are settings to maintain the aspect ratio (which i showed you how to disable earlier) so you shouldn't have to worry about trying to remember how many pixels to crop on each side...
just make sure these two buttons are pushed in and make the box smaller:

Ah, got it! Wow! A lot easier to handle that problem than I thought it'll be =D
My v1 of the Lost Odyssey VGMV is complete. NOT as good as I hoped it would be, because despite having gotten better/new footage, I can't use it T___T
Many reasons why; I'll be posting the whole list of problems on the appropriate forums now >_>
