Can't Open Sony Vegas 9

I turned on my computer today and when i went to open vegas, it would stop loading at "querying additional plug-in interfaces"

also this would pop up:

btw the night before i re-installed AMVapp so i dont know if that had any affect to it

but i know my reason is 64-bit vista! :(

it could be due to a virus. i'll run a anti virus check on it
