Media Generator in Vegas Renders Wrong

This might be a stupid question.
But recently, I just worked on a video and set the mood with the 'Starry Sky' generator and lots of lighting effects on it to give it a soft feel.

Well when I rendered a preview of it, it didn't look the same from the preview on SV. I tried both .avi and .wmv, and set it at best quality and everything.
But it still made the stars smaller.

This is what it looked like on Sony Vegas.

My friend says he doesn't see the differences. But the colors faded a bit, and the stars got so small and barely visible.

Is there a way to make it render like the preview?
