Different between sony vegas 7.0 and 8.0 pro?

It just says HDV but l cant see the all around different? Does it give you alot more?

Just wanted to know before l look to closely (Aka buying; Its $5xx >.<)

AFAIK, Vegas doesn't have big changes since version 5.0... so between version 7.0 and 8.0 pro there isn't any relevant difference besides the price. :\

It doesnt go much into detail but 7.0 just had that dvd burner >.>. I just want to know how effective the new stuff is or useful at all.

Do you already own Vegas 7? If you do, just go for the upgrade version of Pro 8. It's about $250 instead of $500. Or, better yet, if you're a student, go for student pricing on the upgrade which is about $220.

(I only say this because your profile says you currently use Vegas 7.)

Oh, and the multicam is made of win. Though I don't think it would actually be useful for making an AMV. >_> Oh well.

That's nice but l mean, does it really effect amv or how you do it or export quality?

1xx is cheap consider there selling for 5xx or 250 with add on.

I wouldn't bother moving up. Especially if v7 is working well for you. More DVDs would be a better investment as far as AMVs go.
