Vegas 8.0 no plugins found

Ive just installed Veags 8.0 and am halfway through my AMV when i decide its time to use some effects and low and behold there are none it says "no plugins found, please reinstall to fix problem". I did just that, twice and still the same problem. is it possible for someone to put a copy of the vegas plugins for transistions and effects in a rar and put it on mega up or rapidshare. Or if any of you have another solution it'd be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem well I think sony vegas 8 don't have plug in features to work try this link not sure these your looking for

thanks for the link but those are expensive as heck 300 dollars for an effect package. all im really looking for is the stock effects like negative image flashes and basic transitions.
