Its becouse Mari Iyagi, in fact, korean (anime like) animation => non anime (that`s why there`s only indirect links on it and no local) => no VCA for the full non anime (even, on my opinion, anime like sourse )amv.

Well, technically there are still the most improved/most helpful/editor of the year categories to take part in, even without vids, if you wish. But yeah, if that's the only video, I can see why you'd think there isn't much point into participating anyway.
Still I'd suggest requesting the deletion for future years, since if you'd want to participate in a later VCA you'll eventually have to delete the entry. You could list it in your profile comments like a lot of users do with their live action vids.

Ah, this one was my favorite romance vid this year, I'm so glad it got uploaded!

Only one worth mentioning imo

This one has a sort of unspeakable charm about it.
