Dammit...
It's do-able on a PC and the necessary software has been around for years. Yes, even for the fancy new stuff. I ripped Beck and Murder Princess in front of a "live studio audience" at a (con that I don't want to get in trouble) last year, and didn't even pay it any mind. Didn't realize I was letting people in on some big secret or I would have hammed it up more ;)

Yes, you can. I successfully ripped the BDs of Macross Frontier and Wings of Honneamise without even booting into windows. You just need an external bluray drive and some specific programs.

I used to use Mac the Ripper on my old laptop but recently switched to a Desktop computer. The version of MTR I was using no longer works with my new Mac. I don't mind paying for a newer version of MTR, but the process of purchasing it seems unnecessarily complicated. I've looked around at different forums for answers on a DVD Ripper that works as well as MTR, but I wanted to ask Mac users here if there was anything they personally recommend? Or should I just go through the process of purchasing MTR?
